Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, front and back of house a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• People skills to collaborate with a growth-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct reports to build a positive culture.
• Oversee labor, cost of goods, budgeting and expenses for profitability.
• Ensure highest quality standards in bar, floor, and kitchen.
• Track monthly results and forecast trends.
• Drive sales through creative marketing for growth.
• Resolve escalated customer issues.
• Scheduling, inventory, floor management.
• Hire, train and mentor new staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure proper alcohol and food handling procedures.
