Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant Outlets Manager to ensure prompt, courteous service across Bar, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, In Room Dining and Pool outlets. You will train and supervise staff, uphold Omni standards and policies, and drive guest satisfaction through consistent service and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have current TIPS/Food Handlers Certifications.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push 50lbs+.
• Must be able to walk, stand up to 10+ hours shift.
• Working Conditions: exposure to weather conditions, hazardous chemicals, and exposure to all food and beverage options.

Overview:

The Food & Beverage Assistant Outlets Manager will ensure prompt, courteous service in our various Food and Beverage Outlets including our Bar and Restaurant, Coffee Shop, In Room Dining and the Pool. They will provide proper training and supervision of all personnel including supervisors and hourly associates in Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures. They will ensure the overall success of the outlets through guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing financial controls.

• Dram Shop Act - Prohibiting the sale/service of alcohol to intoxicated guests
• Prohibiting the sale/service of alcohol to minors.
• Must know emergency procedures (including CPR) and work to prevent accidents.
• Perform any and all other duties assigned and/or required by management.
