We have an opening for an Assistant Restaurant Manager!

  • Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 / year

  • Note: Although this position is advertised for Four Peaks, you may be assigned to any of our restaurants with an open Assistant Restaurant Manager position

SSP America operates over 20 units within Sky Harbor Airport, including full-service restaurants, quick service outlets, coffee shops, and grab-and-go locations. Our locations include Four Peaks, PHX Beer Co., Tarbell's Tavern, Pei Wei, Dunkin Donuts, Humble Pie, and many more.

Essential Functions:
  • Train, develop, and communicate with the team of Food Travel Experts in front and back of house.
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signing standards, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Develop, plan, and assign daily goals, tasks, and team member responsibilities.
  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate team member performance, providing feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health/sanitation standards.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, bar-inclusive environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen management experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen (preferred).
