Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant experience or equivalent education.
• 2+ years indirect people leadership or 1+ year direct leadership.
• CFSM certificate or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Motivate, delegate tasks and foster a positive team environment.
• Clear communication with staff, guests and stakeholders.
• Schedule management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrates ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Desire to build rapport with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coach team to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing levels and advance scheduling.
• Partner with culinary team for high food standards.
