Job summary

SSP America in Spokane, operating at Thomas Hammer in the Spokane International Airport, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to uphold high service and food quality standards. You will lead a team of Food Travel Experts, oversee daily operations, and support a guest-focused atmosphere.

You will train staff, maintain safety and sanitation, manage scheduling and costs, and ensure smooth, welcoming guest experiences in a fast-paced airport setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service dining.
• 1+ year of kitchen or back-of-house supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and control costs.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ServSafe, health, and security regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

• $65,000 / year ($24.63 / hour based on a 50-hour work week)

About the Role
