Job summary

SSP America is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for The Breakfast Klub at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, outstanding service, and adherence to quality standards.

Lead a team, schedule and train staff, manage inventory and costs, monitor HACCP/ServSafe compliance, and uphold safety while delivering an excellent guest experience in a busy airport setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service dining.
• 1+ year of kitchen or back-of-house supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and control costs.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ServSafe, health, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Base salary: $50,000 – $58,000 per year
• Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus plus an annual super bonus plan

About the Role:
