Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and upholding brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • 50-hour work week.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and place it in an outside bin.
  • Ability to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
  • Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
