Base Pay Range

$62,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Job Summary

Ensure the effective operation of all Food and Beverage outlets with a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and direct the FOH service team to meet guest needs.
2. Supervise daily operations of the Bistro, Aqua Terrace, Garden Bar, and In-Room Dining.
3. Ensure prompt and efficient service by staff.
4. Apply human resource policies consistently and legally.
5. Adjust staffing levels based on business volume.
6. Manage reservations and guest flow.
7. Attend staff meetings and events.
8. Monitor staff appearance, attitude, and professionalism.
9. Handle guest complaints and concerns.
10. Respond to emergencies and safety situations.
11. Utilize the computer system for sales and closing tasks.
12. Organize service areas and participate in inventory and HR tasks.
13. Assist in staff training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, fine dining setting.
• Extensive wine and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
