Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. Your role will involve managing shifts, ensuring standards are met, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. You will take ownership of responsibilities, guide team members, manage inventory, and ensure timely, quality service.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, basic business math and accounting skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of the parking lot and grounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of shift time.
