Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and maintaining standards. You will take ownership of solving problems with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and ensuring financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for all.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of the shift.
