Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running successful shifts and maintaining standards. You will take ownership of problems, seek help when needed, and guide team members. Your responsibilities include ensuring duties are completed, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food promptly. You will also help maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic business math, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and outdoor grounds maintenance.
