Responsibilities:
- Manage All Front of House and Kitchen Activities: Supervise and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and address disciplinary issues.
- Focus on Food Quality: Ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety standards.
- Cost Control: Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
- Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and assign tasks to team members; develop guest service standards.
- Systems and Processes: Maintain compliance with company policies and health standards.
- Merchandising and Displays: Maintain merchandising standards and monitor inventory.
- Office Management: Handle funds, media, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Monitor sales performance and analyze reports.
- Problem Solving: Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years in restaurant/food service management.
- Full-service restaurant management experience required; culinary background desirable.
- Food Handlers' Card or relevant safety certification.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
