We have an exciting opportunity at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA) for a Bad Egg Assistant Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities:
  1. Manage All Front of House and Kitchen Activities: Supervise and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and address disciplinary issues.
  2. Focus on Food Quality: Ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety standards.
  3. Cost Control: Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  4. Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and assign tasks to team members; develop guest service standards.
  5. Systems and Processes: Maintain compliance with company policies and health standards.
  6. Merchandising and Displays: Maintain merchandising standards and monitor inventory.
  7. Office Management: Handle funds, media, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
  8. Forecasting and Budgeting: Monitor sales performance and analyze reports.
  9. Problem Solving: Address routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in restaurant/food service management.
  • Full-service restaurant management experience required; culinary background desirable.
  • Food Handlers' Card or relevant safety certification.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
