Job summary

The Stand San Juan Capistrano is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to own shifts, develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role. You will lead on the floor, coach staff, and oversee daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.

With 21+ years old and full-time availability including weekends, you’ll help manage openings and closings, and contribute to a culture of internal promotion as The Stand expands to multiple locations.

The Stand has grown to 22 locations across California and Texas, and we're not slowing down. We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who's ready to own a shift, help develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role.

What You’ll Own as an Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Shift leadership and a true point person, front of house, kitchen and guests
• Team development: training and coaching

What We’re Looking For: an Assistant Restaurant Manager

• 1+ year of restaurant management or AGM experience

• Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told what to do
• 21+ years old, full-time availability including weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Tip pool (~$5–7/hr average) + performance bonus
• Up to $28.00 per hour
