Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining standards. You will take ownership of tasks, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Responsibilities include managing inventory, financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food promptly. You will also help maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting, and trash removal.
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift.
