CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., franchisee for Perkins American Food Co (formerly Perkins Restaurant & Bakery), is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Omaha locations. This position requires weekend work and a typical 50-hour work week. As a 24/7 location, availability for all shifts, including overnights, is essential. The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and works at our Omaha site.
Benefits include 2 weeks of vacation, health, dental, life/disability insurance, and more. We are closed on Christmas Day.
Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $58,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.
CyHawk has been growing since opening our first Perkins in 2007 and now operates 21 locations.
Summary of Position
This role assists the General Manager in restaurant operations, aiming to meet sales and profit goals through effective management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and standards. The Assistant Manager provides leadership to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.
Reporting Relationships
- Reports directly to the General Manager.
- Interacts extensively with all store personnel and home office departments.
- Engages with guests, distributors, repair technicians, sales staff, and community organizations.
