Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run shifts, meet company and brand standards, and ensure quality service. Responsibilities include problem-solving with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong business math, accounting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and grounds maintenance.
