Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run great shifts, meet Charter Foods standards, and uphold brand standards. Your role involves solving problems with a smile, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food promptly and maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers are key responsibilities.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds.
