You will take ownership of tasks, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring financial accountability, and delivering quality food safely and promptly. You will also help maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and outdoor grounds maintenance.
