Loco Pez, Fishtown's popular taqueria and bar is hiring an experienced Assistant Managerto join our management team. We are looking for highly qualified, goal-driven individuals who share in our passion for simple, delicious, approachable Tex-Mex cuisine. The position consists primarily of evening shifts. Applicants must have full weekend availability.

Other requirements include a basic familiarity with restaurant operations, points of service, staff management, conflict resolution, and customer interaction. We offer a competitive salary, paid vacation, and profit sharing. Scheduling does require weekend availability, but hours rarely exceed 40 per week.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in FOH or full-service restaurant management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Possess strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Work well in fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Possess a positive attitude
• Ability to manage time well, multi-task and prioritize
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
