Captain D's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operation and training. You will be accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Background check required

Physical & Mental Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

• Occasional use of taste/smell; exposure to chemicals and uneven surfaces

Work Conditions
