Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running efficient shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. You will ensure that all duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas
