Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods' standards and brand standards. You will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide team members. Your role includes ensuring that team members and shift managers complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Work approximately 50 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Strong business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
