Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining standards. You will take ownership of resolving problems with a positive attitude, assist team members, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic math, accounting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds.
