Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide team members. You will ensure that team members and shift managers complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
