What You’ll Do

• Manage all retail and customer service activities, supervise and evaluate team member performance, and provide feedback including disciplinary actions.
• Lead and develop the team: recruit, train, communicate, develop daily goals, and maintain guest service standards.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, signing standards, and monitor inventory levels.
• Handle office management tasks such as funds, media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance through reports and comparison shopping.
• Address routine issues and escalate complex problems to management.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework preferred.
• 2+ years in restaurant management, with 1 year of bar management preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at all levels and resolve issues effectively.
