Your role will include running shifts, meeting company standards, managing inventory, ensuring financial accountability, and maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and basic business math skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
