Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and upholding brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. Your role includes ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and guests.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting, and trash removal.
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift time.
