Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. You’ll lead shifts, supervise front- and back-of-house teams, and ensure guests enjoy friendly, accurate, timely service.

You’ll help train new hires, manage cash and deposits, assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering, and support the General Manager in achieving sales, labor, and service goals while fostering a positive, growth‑oriented culture.
