Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. You’ll lead shifts and coach team members to ensure guests enjoy friendly, accurate, and timely service.

Responsibilities include supervising front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring food quality and safety standards, handling cash and deposits, and assisting with scheduling, inventory, and ordering. You’ll model Southern hospitality, train new hires, and assist the General Manager in hitting
