Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure guests receive friendly, accurate, and timely service.

You’ll supervise front- and back-of-house teams, maintain food quality and safety standards, assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering, and help the General Manager achieve sales, labor, and service goals while nurturing a growth-focused culture.

Competenze

• Experience in fast-casual restaurant preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
