Lufrankton Management, a Dunkin franchise group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead guest satisfaction, quality, and team development in a fast-paced Dunkin’ location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality while upholding brand standards and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of assistant management experience in QSR, strong leadership and communication, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• SERV Safe Certified

Responsibilities

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development
• Focusing on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for the team
• Adhering to brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
• Managing costs, inventory, and shift operations
• Motivating, leading and developing the team
• Training others on all aspects of restaurant operations
