Dunkin’ is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for our New Jersey location. You will lead shift teams, ensure fast, friendly service, and help drive sales while maintaining brand standards in a busy Dunkin’ restaurant.

The role requires a hands-on leader with at least one year of assistant management experience, strong communication, and a dedication to guest satisfaction. Franchisees manage wages and benefits; Dunkin’ University training supports your growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• SERV Safe Certified

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development
• Someone who focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for their team

• A result-driven leader who has restaurant experience in: cost, inventory, and shift management

• Help your team provide a great experience by delivering legendary hospitality, great beverages and food products in a clean restaurant.
