Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. Your role will involve running great shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and ensuring quality service. You will take ownership of solving problems with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks, lift up to 50 lbs., and tolerate standing and walking for most of the shift.
