About the Role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, staff management, and adherence to company standards. The ARM plays a key role in implementing policies, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. They assist in decision-making, training, and ensuring restaurant efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards for service, food quality, and safety
  • Create a supportive environment for team members and resolve concerns promptly
  • Manage sales and labor tracking effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
  • Plan and execute shift operations efficiently, following cost control guidelines
  • Lead with empathy, fairness, and focus on teamwork
  • Apply financial understanding to improve business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate restaurant operations, including staffing and inventory management
  • Identify trends and implement improvement plans
  • Motivate and train team members, ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Support business needs by performing various duties as required
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent; restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish helpful
  • Previous fast food management experience required
  • Knowledge of food & beverage metrics and management systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve
  • Dependable with reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds
