About the location:

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia will feature 95 keys and 25 branded residential homes, 8 distinct F&B outlets, all thoughtfully designed to reflect a contemporary interpretation of the Dominican Republic’s natural beauty. Wellness will be a defining pillar of the property, delivering a holistic experience that harmonizes with the natural environment while enhancing overall wellbeing through the restorative power of nature. The sustainable luxury destination is located on a 60-acre (24 hectare) site along the pristine beachfront of Playa Esmeralda in northeastern Dominican Republic, along the southern shores of Samaná Bay. About the role:

Responsible for supporting the supervision of pool and beach operations, including restaurant and food & beverage service, ensuring high standards of service, organization, safety, and an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the daily supervision of pool and beach operations.
• Coordinate and support the team during daily operations, ensuring efficient and consistent service.
• Follow up on restaurant and food & beverage service within the assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with service, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Attend to and follow up on guest requests and needs.
• Support the Pool and Beach Manager with team coordination, scheduling, and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, pool, beach, or related operations.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and service-oriented skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and perform effectively in high-volume operations.
