Job Description

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining standards. You will take ownership of responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Your role includes managing inventory, ensuring financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food promptly. Maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers is also essential.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Availability for a 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
