Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and maintaining standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Your role includes managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. You will also help maintain a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • 50-hour work week.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining the grounds.
