7-Eleven, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a fast-paced leadership team. You will supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and coordinate daily operations under the Restaurant Leader's guidance.

The role emphasizes maintaining store presentation, food safety, and adherence to company policies and health standards, while using P&L data and store reports to drive improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees.
• Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store condition and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor food quality and presentation across the menu.
