Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Prosper, TX. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to train and guide staff, ensure high standards of service, and maintain a clean, safe dining area.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage operations, P&L insights, and compliance with Health Department standards. Full-time position with competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience utilizing P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Ability to ensure restaurant complies with Health Department standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all team members.
• Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies and health standards.
• Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all menu items.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational changes and improvements.
• Read and interpret operating manuals and safety procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and store systems.
• High school diploma preferred; experience in restaurant management acceptable.
• Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.
