What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and freshness standards
• Ability to interpret P&L and store reports to drive improvements
• Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience if not
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
