Remote – Full-Time Employee

THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and creative team member to join us as Assistant Manager, Influencer Campaigns, helping to deliver programs that exceed client goals. This full-time position plays a key role on our campaigns team, supporting the execution of influencer and social programs for a wide range of top brands.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the influencer landscape. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and influencer partners to bring campaigns to life—from sourcing and onboarding to content review and performance reporting.

This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity (1–2 years of experience), ideal for candidates ready to grow into a client-facing role and take the next step in their marketing career.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Source and vet influencers based on client criteria
  • Draft program materials including influencer briefs, emails, and campaign messaging
  • Guide influencers through the application, onboarding, and content creation process
  • Review influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand accuracy
  • Track deliverables and assist in campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Coordinate communication with influencers, clients, and internal team members
  • Support program development and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings
  • Help maintain organization in platforms such as CreatorIQ and Google Workspace

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, or social media (internship experience considered)
  • Agency or client-facing experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client service
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Experience with CreatorIQ or other influencer management platforms is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $40,000–$45,000 annual base salary, depending on experience
  • 401K with company match
  • Remote position with a collaborative team located across the U.S.
