Qualifications
  • Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
  • Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and health standards.
  • Ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
  • Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
  • Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Additional Details
