What you bring:

• A desire to oversee and lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Proficiency with documents, instructions, and manuals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel preferred).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
