Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Residential treatment experience required.
• Strong communication and crisis-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, support, coaching, and advocacy to residents.
• Model trauma-informed care and support individualized treatment plans.
• Serve as a resource and role model for Residential Counselors.
• Maintain routines, safety practices, and resident expectations.
• Support daily activities, transportation, and medication processes.
• Respond to crises and emergencies with de-escalation and interventions.
• Complete documentation and communicate with the treatment team.
• Assist onboarding and training of new direct-care staff.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and professional development.
