Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals with disabilities in daily care and program delivery. The role includes acting for the Residential House Manager in their absence, supervising staff, and ensuring quality services within the DSP team.

The position is full-time and paid hourly at $19.50–$21 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule includes evenings and weekend coverage with ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ISP development and behavior plans to support program goals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate with families and day programs.
• Oversee program accounts and house budget as directed by the Residential House Manager.
• Ensure safety procedures and fire drills comply with regulations.
• Maintain records and assist with meal planning, finances, and transportation.
