Job summary

Viva Senior Living in Glassboro, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate resident care in a senior living environment. The role requires an active LPN license and adherence to applicable nursing standards.

You will coordinate daily care with the clinical team, follow individualized care plans, document observations, and support residents and their families with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LPN license in good standing from an approved State School of Nursing.
• Comply with standards of business conduct per applicable health and regulatory guidelines.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
• Must work well with peers and uphold residents' dignity and Bill of Rights.
• In exigent circumstances, may be subject to call back during emergencies.
• Must adhere to attendance policies and Employee Handbook terms.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Maintain highest standards in caring for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day resident care in accordance with the service plan, ensuring staffing coverage.
• Provide support according to each resident’s care plan and contribute observations to the care planning process.
• Complete any state-required assessment and service plan training.
