The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of either an ICF and/or IRA setting serving individuals with various levels of developmental disabilities and medical conditions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field, preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an OPWDD-related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in residential, health, or treatment settings preferred. Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills are required. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, is necessary.
The noise level is typical of office, educational, and health environments. Hazards are consistent with those environments. Performance is evaluated annually based on competencies and the NADSP code of ethics.
