Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of OPWDD-related experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate residents and team meetings.
• Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and numerical documentation per program standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing functioning of mentally/physically handicapped adults.
• Oversee DSP shift and supervise staff in absence of Residence Manager.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on treatment/behavioral plans and overall resident care.
• Participate in meetings with schools or day treatment programs as required.
• Communicate professionally with schools or programs when necessary.
