Essential Functions:
- Assisting in maximizing the functioning of mentally/physically handicapped adults.
- Ensuring quality services to all residents.
- Assigning work to DSPs and overseeing Shift Supervisors.
- Providing staff supervision and oversight in the absence of or alongside the Residence Manager.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on treatment/behavioral plans.
- Monitoring staff to ensure goals and behavioral support plans are implemented correctly.
- Attending meetings at schools or day treatment programs and communicating professionally with them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in OPWDD-related fields, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong written, verbal, and computational skills.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate work and meetings.
