Seven Hills Foundation seeks an Assistant Residence Director to support daily residential operations and lead staff to deliver person-centered care. You will supervise teams, provide on-call coverage, and promote independence and community engagement for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Residence Director and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality services and safe living environments across Cape, Martha’s Vineyard, and Franklin

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
3 years of related experience preferred.
Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.

Responsibilities

Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations.
Supervise residential staff and model best practices.
Provide on-call coverage, including some weekends.
Support residents in learning life skills and independence.
Maintain safe, clean, and orderly residential spaces.
Document care and progress notes; participate in meetings.
